These oat waffles have been on repeat in the Vibrant & Pure kitchen as of late. They are so easy to make and seriously good.

Oat Waffles:

Serves 2

3/4 cup GF oats (blended into a flour)

2 ripe bananas

3 eggs (or egg whites)

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch of sea salt

1 scoop of collagen (optional)

*If adding collagen, add 1 tablespoon of dairy free milk


You can whip this batter up by hand, but I highly recommend simply using a high speed blender. Start with the oats to blend them into a flour, then add the rest of the ingredients to your high speed blender, and blend on high until the ingredients are fully combined.

Finally, grease your waffle maker and pour in the batter to cook. Recipe should make 2 large or 4 smaller waffles.



Top with anything your heart desires!
