Collagen Pancakes

How have I waited this long to try the whole “3 ingredient” pancake thing? I feel like I’ve been doing it all wrong thus far. For a while, I had a bit of sensitivity to bananas so I avoided these kinds of recipes, but after reintroducing them and feeling a-okay, I decided to give banana pancakes a shot. I used the classic recipe combo of banana, oats and egg, (I subbed egg whites since egg yolks trigger my hormonal acne) and I added some collagen peptides- these were ridiculously good. Spiced Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl

Fall is upon us, and I for one am excited to break out my warmer spices and make some heartier breakfasts. You don’t always think of sweet potato as being a breakfast food, but I have found that this bowl is the perfect thing to get you going, especially on a brisk fall morning. Satisfying sweet potato, creamy coconut milk, a dash of vanilla, sea salt, cinnamon and allspice are blended together and topped with granola, nuts, seeds and more in this delicious breakfast bowl recipe.

Minty Green Juice

I’m sure I’m not the only one who sometimes wishes I could press the proverbial ‘reset’ button once Sunday rolls around and the weekend’s (often indulgent) festivities have subsided. If anything can help detox your body and point you back in the right direction, it’s this recipe for my favorite minty green juice. It’s tart, loaded with greens, and has a fresh minty finish. Just look at those green bubbles bursting with natural energy, don’t you feel more alive already!?
